Record Assigned to Active Pool Members Follow
Before the 1.528 release, if a record was routed through the Round Robin node, the record would be reassigned to the next person in the Round Robin pool. This behavior occurred even if the record was already owned by an active member of the Round Robin pool.
In the 1.528 release, we have added a new fallback edge to the Round Robin node that will override the default reassignment and keep the record assigned to the current user. This fallback edge, Record Already Assigned to Active Pool Member, is set to <Disabled> by default. The <Disabled> Target is used to maintain the pre 1.528 behavior and will reassign the routed record to the next pool member.
To configure LeanData to take no action, set the Target to the End of Flow option or set to another target node if you would like to take a different action. Setting this edge to End of Flow or another node, will leave the record with the currently assigned user instead of reassigning it.
