Add Opportunity Team Members Follow
You can now automatically add or replace Opportunity Team members directly in Opportunity Router! Use the new Add Opportunity Team Members node to add team members and assign their roles based on various criteria, as well as migrate over any user fields on the Opportunity to the Opportunity Team.
Automating Opportunity Team assignments directly in your routing logic not only saves you time, but also boosts your sales team’s productivity by providing key users immediate access to opportunities!
Use Cases:
- Automate Opportunity Team Updates: Save time by automatically updating an Opportunity Team based on opportunity criteria, such as Owner or SDR Assigned.
- Report on Sales Impact: Add SDRs to Opportunity Teams to better capture their impact. Use these insights to calculate compensation and credit towards their quotas.
- Add Relevant Team Members: Assign the right Product Specialist to an Opportunity Team dedicated to opportunities for a specific product line. This ensures the sales motion can be supported by the right resources.
