    Tech stack (mostly) agnostic - most Sales Solutions that offer Activity/Email tracking have something similar to a Last Activity Date field. I'm a huge fan of defining SLAs for response times based on that data, and then setting Green/Yellow/Red zones for them - enabled by automated reports that pipe out a list of Customers to engage with that day, sorted by zones to give a form of priority.

    I've found this can be automated a bit more if you have some version of a Next Touch Type field that defines why you're reaching out to them - if it's highly personalized communication this can at least provide a reminder, and if not then this can trigger a template.
