I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this: I am using contact and lead routing. I'm checking for existing MQLs and SQLs and routing to the same owner. But my marketing team seems to send over MQLs in clusters sometimes (data load or systematic clicks). When this happens, multiple leads will get assigned at the same time, spreading the same account's leads across multiple members of the round robin.
Anyone found a way around this? Our marketing automation system is Pardot.
