Round Robin when multiple leads are assigned at the same time

Hello! 

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this: I am using contact and lead routing.  I'm checking for existing MQLs and SQLs and routing to the same owner.  But my marketing team seems to send over MQLs in clusters sometimes (data load or systematic clicks). When this happens, multiple leads will get assigned at the same time, spreading the same account's leads across multiple members of the round robin. 

Anyone found a way around this?  Our marketing automation system is Pardot.

  Hi Serenity,

   

  Thanks for reaching out. I have a couple of ideas/suggestions: 

  • If you haven't already, set up a Lead to Lead Match Node and Route to Matched Lead Node in your Graph.  This path ensures all incoming Related Leads who belong to the same Account have the same owner. 
  • Additionally, I'll connect you with a Support Specialist to discuss an out-of-the-box custom setting which adds a wait step. This wait step holds the Lead so that LeanData can detect matches in bulk loads.
