To link your routing and scheduling process to the leads/contacts created through your form, you’ll need to add a hidden field to your form following the steps below. This field will store the log id that should eventually be placed on your lead or contact record in Salesforce through your marketing automation.
In your form editor, click on “Logic” in your form’s settings tab
Click on “Personalize with data”
Click on “Hidden Fields”
Finally, add a new hidden field. This field could be called anything, but we recommend you call it “ld_bookit_log_id”. If you decide to call this something else, be sure to make note of it as you will need it in a later configuration step.
Please Note: Make sure to connect this hidden field with your marketing automation or other lead/contact creation process to store the value in this field in your lead/contact upon form submission.
