Overview
If your organization utilizes both LeanData and Sendoso, you will be able to initiate the gifting process automatically within LeanData's FlowBuilder interface with the Sendoso Add Prospect to Touch node. This allows LeanData admins to fire Sendoso’s Salesforce Triggered Touches via field updates to Leads and Contacts in LeanData.
Please note: Only joint customers of LeanData Lead/Contact Router and Sendoso will be able to utilize this integration.
Example: Cassie is the Marketing Ops Manager at PolyCon Corp. She wants to ensure that Target Prospects are sent a welcome gift after they register for an upcoming conference. She creates a Salesforce Triggered Touch in Sendoso that will initiate when a Target Welcome Gift field is updated in Salesforce. She then uses a Sendoso Add Prospect to Touch Node in her FlowBuilder graph to update the Target Welcome Gift field when someone registers for that conference and meets the persona requirements.
Key Benefits
- Increased sales & marketing productivity by automating the gift sending process and reducing manual work
- Increased pipeline creation from low-touch gifting process for outbound prospecting
Use Cases
- Enhance ABM Strategy: Automatically match Leads to Accounts and identify key personas within your strategic Account list. Route them to the right rep and kick off an outbound gift campaign to send unique gifts on behalf of your sales team.
- Campaign Follow-Ups: Automatically route Campaign-engaged Leads and Contacts to the right rep, and trigger Sendoso to send a personalized gift.
- Influence Sales Cycles: Accelerate the deal cycle by routing key Contacts in a high-ACV buying cycle to the right rep, and kicking off Sendoso to send a gift that will make you stand out from the competition.
Customer Onboarding: Develop brand loyalty and increase retention by sending personalized gifts to key contacts in a buying group as part of the customer onboarding experience.
Sendoso Salesforce Triggered Touches Setup
To trigger touches in Sendoso, LeanData leverages Sendoso's Salesforce Triggered Touches. You will first have to create a Touch in Sendoso and designate what field update will trigger the corresponding Touch.
Within Sendoso, navigate to the Touches tab and configure a Salesforce Triggered Touch based on Lead/Contact field update(s) for your desired follow-up gift.
Please find more detailed instruction on setting up Salesforce Triggered Touches here: Setting up a Salesforce Triggered Touch.
Using the Sendoso Add Prospect to Touch Node
Once you have set up your Salesforce Triggered Touches in Sendoso, you can update the appropriate fields using the Sendoso Add Prospect to Touch Node in FlowBuilder. You can find this node in the Node Bar in the upper right of a FlowBuilder graph under Integrations > Sales Engagement.
Update Lead / Contact Fields
The Update Fields section gives you the ability to update one or more fields on the Lead or Contact record that will trigger your Sendoso Touch. Here, you configure the node to update the field corresponding to the appropriate Triggered Touch condition that you would like to initiate.
If you would like to update multiple fields, use the + next to Add Field to add additional fields to update.
Inserted Values
The Insert feature allows you to insert a value from another field, a variable, or a relative date into the field you are updating on the routed record. Fields on any matched object(s) are available, as well as any fields directly on the routed record. Variables that were defined earlier in the graph may also be used. To insert a value, select Insert, then Variables, then you can select from a list of eligible fields and Variables.
Relative Date Stamp
In addition to Inserting values from variables or other fields, you can also update a routed record with a relative date. When you select a date field from the field pull-down menu, you will have the option to insert a relative date into the field.
In the pop-up window you can select to use Today’s Date or XX number of days before / after today.
Email Notifications
The email notifications section allows you to configure how the node can notify Users of either a successful operation or a failure. For more information on configuring this section, please see the Email Notifications section in the Update Lead Node Guide.
Advanced Settings
The Advanced Settings section gives you fallback options for the routed records and the ability to send the record to the next node of the graph as needed.
Next Node: This option allows the record to be directed to another node in the Router graph after the record has been updated. This can include things like Converting the Lead into a Contact, Creating an Account, etc. You can also set this node to End of Flow. This will stop all LeanData actions at this node instead of sending it to another node.
Summary
The Sendoso Add Prospect to Touch Node allows you to incorporate Sendoso touches directly as a component of your Lead or Contact processes, allowing you to engage with your prospects and customers with personalized gifts, branded swag, eGifts, virtual experiences and more.
