LeanData Job Status FAQ Follow
What causes my LeanData Job Status to change?
How to check LeanData Job Status:
To check on your job status, you can click into the Admin - Settings section of the LeanData App. The job status is displayed in the top left box.
Different Job Status and Meanings
The LeanData Job status provides an indicator towards how smoothly LeanData is operating within your instance. There are four different job status’ that can be displayed:
Running
This means that LeanData is operating unhindered within your instance and is executing our processes with no issues.
Running - Delayed
This means that LeanData is operating within your instance but there is something causing a slight delay. A delay can arise for a few different reasons but the two most common are:
-
Too many Apex Jobs scheduled in your instance and they are temporarily deprioritizing LeanData’s jobs.
-
There is a backlog of longer than 12 hours that LeanData is working through
The Running - Delayed status usually self-resolves and returns to Running once your other processes have completed or once the backlog is finished processing. If you noticed it persisting for more than a day please reach out to us for further assistance.
Holding
This status means that LeanData’s Apex Jobs have been deprioritized and queued up within your Apex jobs. Essentially, there are too many other batches that are taking up the available Apex Job Slots so LeanData cannot operate. To remedy this, you’ll need to check your Apex jobs and see if there are any unnecessary job slots that can be aborted to clear space for LeanData to operate.
Not Running
This status means that LeanData is not currently operating within your instance. In this case, please click the “Restart Scheduler” button and wait 15 minutes to see if your job status changes back to Running. If it does not, please reach out to LeanData support and we can assist further.
