Action Required: Prevent Microsoft Teams Integration Service Interruption by October 30th, 2025
If your organization uses the LeanData Microsoft Teams integration, please take action before October 30th to avoid a service interruption.
Due to updated Microsoft security practices, LeanData's Integration with Microsoft Teams will require reauthorization unless you are on a compatible LeanData release.
What You Need to Do
To ensure uninterrupted service, you have two options:
-
Upgrade to a compatible version (Recommended)
- Best option: Upgrade to the latest LeanData release (4.2.x or higher) for the newest features and long-term compatibility as integrated systems evolve.
-
Minimum version requirement: 3.3.38 or higher.
-
Reauthorize the Microsoft Teams integration
- If you do not upgrade by October 30th 2025, you will need to reauthorize the Microsoft integration with the same User who originally authorized the integration.
- If you do not upgrade by October 30th 2025, you will need to reauthorize the Microsoft integration with the same User who originally authorized the integration.
Who Is Impacted
- All orgs using the LeanData Microsoft Teams integration on versions lower than 3.3.38.
- Customers already on 3.3.38 or higher do not need to take any action.
Why Upgrade Now
