Adding LeanData IP Address to Salesforce Login IP Whitelist

If your Salesforce organization uses an IP whitelist to restrict login access, you'll need to add LeanData's IP addresses to ensure the LeanData application functions properly.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding, ensure you have administrative access to modify profiles in your Salesforce organization.

Steps to Add LeanData IP Address

• Navigate to the Profile(s) used by your LeanData primary/secondary token user(s), which you can find in LeanData App > Admin > Settings > Authorization tab
• Under the System section, click on Login IP Ranges
• Review the existing IP ranges:
  • If the section is empty, your Salesforce organization does not have an IP whitelist configured and no further action is needed
  • If values are present, your organization has an active IP whitelist and you must proceed with adding LeanData's IP address

• If your organization has an IP whitelist, click New or Add IP Ranges and enter the following three IP ranges:

  • IP Start Address: 54.153.37.123
  • IP End Address: 54.153.37.123

  • Description: LeanData1
  • IP Start Address: 13.52.143.234
  • IP End Address: 13.52.143.234

  • Description: LeanData2
  • IP Start Address: 13.57.159.207
  • IP End Address: 13.57.159.207

  • Description: LeanData3

• Click Save to apply the changes
