Why Can't I See the LeanData Tab in Salesforce?

If LeanData is installed in your Salesforce instance but a user is unable to see the LeanData tab, they may simply lack the necessary settings to view it. This article details how to check whether the tab is hidden from the affected user’s profile.

Through your Salesforce set up, search profiles and click into profiles and find the affected user’s profile.

 

After clicking into the specific profile type, click on the Object Settings and search for LeanData.

 

If the tab is hidden, click into the LeanData tab and edit the visibility to “Default On”. Finally, the tab should now be visible to the affected user.
