Generic Enrichment Trigger Nodes Follow

Overview
The New Enrich and Updated Enrich Entry Nodes found in Lead and Contact Router allow you to initiate LeanData Routing and make routing decisions based on the enrichment of your records, regardless of your preferred enrichment vendor. With these Entry nodes, you will be able to trigger LeanData Lead and Contact Routing via field updates to enrichment fields found on these records.
Example: Michelle is the LeanData Admin for GoFar Analytics. She is currently building their Lead Router graph and would like to initiate the routing of Leads only when Lead records are enriched by their preferred enrichment vendor. She configures the New and Updated Enrich Entry nodes to trigger LeanData Lead Routing when specific enrichment fields are populated.
Please Note: Your enrichment vendor will need to be connected with Salesforce before using these nodes. LeanData may not directly integrate with your enrichment vendor, but routing will be triggered when your enrichment vendor updates your specified Salesforce fields through its own integration with Salesforce.
New Enrich Entry Node
If you need to route a new Lead/Contact based on its enrichment status, you can use the New Enrichment Entry Node to specify the fields / values that will signify successful enrichment.
Trigger Rules
The node has one default edge, or outcome. You can edit the default rule to fit your needs. You can also add any additional Trigger Rules you need by clicking the Add Trigger Rule button. As you add new Trigger Rules, you will get new edges for routing.
For each edge, specify the enrichment conditions that will qualify a new record for routing. Each condition is made up of a field, an operator, and a value. If you use the Has changed operator, it will look for any change to the field, rather than a specific value..
You will also specify a Target for the routing, which is the next node a record will proceed to if it meets the rule.
New records that meet the enrichment criteria you specify will proceed to the target node for the first rule that it satisfies. New records that meet multiple enrichment edges will follow the path indicated by the first (top-to-bottom) rule that it meets.
Updated Enrich Entry Node
If you need to initiate routing on an existing Lead or Contact that has its enrichment fields updated, you can use the Updated Enrichment Entry Node to specify which fields/values should initiate routing on existing records.
Trigger Rules
The node has one default edge, or outcome. You can edit the default rule to fit your needs. You can also add any additional Trigger Rules you need by clicking the Add Trigger Rule button. As you add new Trigger Rules, you will get new edges for routing.
For each edge, specify the enrichment conditions that will qualify an existing record for routing. Each condition is made up of a field, an operator, and a value. Has changed is another operator that will look for any change to the specified field.
You will also specify a Target for the routing, which is the next node a record will proceed to if it meets the rule.
Existing records that are updated to meet the enrichment criteria you specify will proceed to the target node for the first rule that it satisfies. Updated records that meet multiple enrichment edges will follow the path indicated by the first (top-to-bottom) rule that it meets.
Please note: if you use multiple conditions within a larger Trigger rule, you will only be able to combine the conditions with AND conditions in the Updated Enrich Entry node.
If you need to use an OR relationship between conditions, you will need to create an entirely separate trigger rule.
Summary
The New Enrich and Updated Enrich entry nodes allow you to initiate Lead or Contact routing from fields enriched by any enrichment vendor. This gives you more options in terms of how to begin routing within your Lead or Contact Router graphs. For more information on using Lead Router, please see the Lead Router Guide.
