Overview
The LeanData Territory Object is used to store operational metrics and information from the from the Territory Management feature in LeanData. There are three related objects to territory management: “LeanData__LD_Territory__c”, “LeanData__LD_Territory_Geo__c”, “LeanData__Territory_Segment__c”. Cumulatively, this allows one to have a more comprehensive view of how the Route to Territory Node and assignments are doing within FlowBuilder.
Purpose
The Territory object report surfaces the territory information in itself such as the territory name, and segment-level information. Most beneficially, one is also able to look at geographic information that is uploaded into territory management. This allows for a better understanding of the routing metrics and assignments. For example, being able to filter by country or territory name to see how often records are assigned to certain sales regions allows admins to make appropriate Flowbuilder updates and/or gain business insight.
Install the LeanData Reporting Managed Package

- To install in your production instance, click the Get It Now button and follow the installation prompts from Salesforce.

Building the Report
Each report is built on top of a custom Report Type that is created when the Reports Managed Package is downloaded. The custom Report Types are not editable, however the Reports themselves are. If you would like to build your own reports utilizing different fields, our recommendation is to clone the Report Type and pull the additional fields/objects you would like to reference.
Note: If a Report Type is cloned, this report will not be automatically updated when new managed package versions are released. In order to upgrade existing reports that have been edited, you will need to uninstall the Reports Managed package, delete the Managed Package field(s), and reinstall the Reports Managed Package.
To clone the managed package report types for customization, navigate to Salesforce Setup > Report Types. Click the report type you would like to clone. Within the Report Type Setup page, you will see a "Clone" button to clone the report type.
To create a new custom report type, navigate to Setup > Report Types. Select the New Custom Report Type button. From here, select the primary object of the report, for example, LeanData Territory Geo. After selecting the primary object, you can then customize the layout of the report type, and add additional fields to the layout via Lookup. Description: The LeanData Territory Report
The LeanData Territory objects (“LeanData__LD_Territory__c”, “LeanData__LD_Territory_Geo__c”, “LeanData__Territory_Segment__c”) are installed as part of the LeanData managed package. These objects are used to store territory management information. They store relevant territory management information for the segment and geographic fields (ex. Postal code, city, state, country). The report type primary object is the LeanData Territory Geo object and it has lookups to the LD Territory & Territory Segment objects.
