Overview
The Route to Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) Model Node will allow you to leverage your robust Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management structure within LeanData’s FlowBuilder Interface. You can utilize the contextual routing LeanData offers with the territory segmentation and structure of your existing Salesforce ETM in one out-of-the-box node. Currently available in all standard Salesforce objects router.
Please note: This node will only reference your existing Enterprise Territory Management Model for routing purposes. This node will not be accessible if you do not have an active Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management Model.
Use Cases
- Maximize Salesforce ETM functionality: Easily refer to your existing ETM model for routing efficiency.
- Reduce Time Spent Searching ETM: Save time and minimize mistakes when building assignment rules in FlowBuilder.
- Shorten Time-to-Value: See immediate value and impact after your ETM configuration, leveraging our routing to optimize your revenue orchestration.
Example: Kathleen is the LeanData Admin for ByteFusion Technologies. The team has spent several months building and adjusting Enterprise Territory Management in Salesforce. The revenue operations team wants to use the roles in their Account territories for the purpose of assigning new Leads. She uses a Route to ETM Model node after the Account Match node to reference the proper ETM Territory Owner and assign new Leads based on the Account's ETM Territory.

You have the option of selecting which component of a User's schedule to respect. For example, you can choose to respect Pausing but not Working Hours, Vacations, or Holidays. Selecting any of these options will give you another fallback option under Advanced Settings to direct what you would like LeanData to do in the case that the assignment is outside of the intended User's schedule.
