CCIO Prioritization and Performance Enhancements Follow
CCIO Edge Prioritization
What are CCIOs?
CCIOs, or Continuous Clean Insert Objects, are LeanData’s unit of work for processing records. Since LeanData operates natively within Salesforce, CCIOs can be used to prioritize records for processing. Learn more about CCIO jobs, Triggers, and Nodes.
Benefits:
Prioritize CCIOs by object trigger type and node edge to arrange the order in which records are updated and routed. In doing so, further streamline record management and assignment procedures, ensuring the most time sensitive records are actioned first.
Feature | Value | Use Case | Steps to Enable |
CCIO Priority Map |
Prioritize CCIOs by object trigger type for the next processing batch | Prioritize objects by trigger type, such as “Accounts inserted” or “Leads Updated” | Please reach out to your LeanData representative or support to have this enabled. |
CCIO Edge Priority Map |
Prioritize CCIOs by specific node edge for the next processing batch | Prioritize records that meet specific high priority trigger node edges |

Recursive Routing Prevention
Use Case:
When an end of flow action that causes a field update, LeanData will no longer cause a new CCIO to be created. So if "Lead Owner" is updated based on a graph's logic, the updated record would no longer create a new CCIO. This new method is more efficient and will lead to better processing times.
Benefits:
Faster process records and the configuration of routing flows resulting in greater record processing ability and increased speed.
Feature | Value | Use Case | Steps to Enable |
Recursive Routing Prevention |
Prevent LeanData updates from automatically generating CCIOs | Generate additional bandwidth to process more records |
