BookIt Handoff (Generally Available!)
BookIt Handoff is the newest addition to LeanData’s BookIt suite of scheduling products, empowering sales development reps (SDRs) to instantly pass qualified buyers to the right Account Executive (AE) – in seconds. Directly from within Salesforce Lead and Contact pages, sales reps can now efficiently schedule and assign meetings to the right team members, without the hassle of back-and-forth emails, spreadsheets, and manual meeting coordination.
Use Cases: Leveraging proprietary technologies found in LeanData’s industry-leading Lead-to-Account Matching and Routing solutions, BookIt Handoff enables you to:
- Maximize Rep Productivity: Efficiently schedule meetings on behalf of other team members, directly from within Salesforce Lead & Contact pages.
- Prioritize Prospect Availability: Instantly round robin meetings with the option to quickly book with the first available pool member
- Book Group Meetings: Easily schedule group calls without any hassle of manual meeting coordination
- Automate Smart Rep Suggestions: Leverage FlowBuilder to automatically suggest the right AE, round robin pool, territory, or specialist a rep should schedule with, based on key record context such as Matched Account, Segment, or other custom criteria!
- Pro-tip: Lock suggestions for improved accuracy, or provide reps the flexibility to book with someone else!
- Report With Full Transparency: Quickly assess and report on key scheduling outcomes, with detailed logs, dashboards, and Salesforce-native reporting.

BookIt for Forms: Prioritize Prospect Availability
Enable prospects to drive meeting times based on their availability before being assigned to a rep! Rather than a prospect being assigned a rep and then presented with available times, the prospect can now view the availability of all appropriate reps first so that they’re availability is prioritized over rep assignment. Your Round Robin node will then assign the prospect to the most appropriate rep available at that time. Improve the buyer experience and conversion rates with more meetings booked!!
Who: This is available for customers with the BookIt for Forms package.

Use Cases:
- Increased Booking Rates: Prospects can easily find a time that works for them, resulting in an increase of meetings booked and speed-to-lead.
- Reduced Scheduling Conflicts: By prioritizing the prospect's availability, customers are less likely to run into scheduling conflicts that can lead to delays in scheduling meetings and potentially cancellations or no shows.

Data Table Routing
Reduce the complexity of your graphs and the time spent maintaining them, all while increasing their sophistication with Data Table Routing! You can now import a CSV file (or create a table directly within LeanData) to be used as an action node in your graph, significantly reducing the number of nodes and branches from just one decision. You can add data tables for many unique scenarios, each populated with their own various evaluation criteria and outcomes. This flexible and elegant routing capability enables users to solve complex use cases, faster, with up to 50k rows available for each data table.
Who: This is available for customers with the Advanced or Premium packages.

Use Cases:
- Fine Grained Assignments: Evaluate multiple fields on a routed record, each with their own unique criteria, to determine and automate assignment and updates to multiple fields on the record.
- Complex Territory and Overlay Assignments: Simplify Enterprise orchestration by importing unique assignment criteria for multiple segments, regions, territories, and overlays across a large sales organization. Include each set of criteria and outcomes as just one node in your graph, rather than implementing and maintaining dozens of decision and action nodes.
- Simplify Stakeholder Alignment and Updates: Review and update fewer nodes across large, complex graphs that require input from multiple stakeholders.
Round Robin Credits
Sales reps that receive assignments via round robin, that get reported as unqualified, can now easily be credited and receive a new assignment sooner. With Round Robin Credits, Pool Managers can quickly allocate credits to any pool members in order to make up for unqualified assignments. Reps no longer need to wait an entire round robin cycle to receive a new record; their next assignment can now be prioritized instead.
Who: This is available for customers with the Advanced or Premium packages.

Identify duplicate accounts with LeanData’s best-in-class fuzzy matching, then deduplicate in real-time while retaining any key information that your revenue teams rely on.

- Notify Team of Intent Spikes: Trigger contact routing when an account or contact intent score increases in 6sense, sending an immediate notification to the account owner.
- Route Leads by Intent Level: Assign leads to Reps based upon the level of intent and buying stage found in 6Sense, referencing the LeanData matched account.
General Enhancements
At LeanData, we are constantly working to enhance your flexibility and ease of use! Below are the latest enhancements we've made to help you achieve better results. Please see under the Who section the LeanData packages each enhancement applies to.
Object Variable Update: To help you achieve greater flexibility in your Flowbuilder graph you can store match results into variables to reference and make decisions and assign variables to specific object records to take actions (such as assigning and merging records).
Enhancements to Download Fields .CSV: View every field that’s being used across LeanData’s deployed FlowBuilder Graph, Mapped Account Fields, and Tiebreakers/Filters with improved visibility and ease. When downloading a .CSV file with this information, you can now easily view the specific Flowbuilder Graph(s) and nodes where each field is being used.
How: Navigate to LeanData > Admin > Settings > Download Fields . CSV to check it out. You can also navigate to any validated Graph and go to File > Download > Fields Used in Graph .CSV to view every field used in that specific graph.
Who: Available in all packages of the Revenue Orchestration Platform and BookIt.
BookIt User Management: Efficiently utilize the new BookIt User Management Experience! This updated User page gives customers a place where they can manage and provision all users for each BookIt product. Admins can now better track the authorization status of each of their users, mass-invite them from within the app to authorize, and make onboarding to BookIt much smoother.
Who: This is available for customers with the Standard BookIt package.

BookIt for Forms: Flag Object When Meeting is Booked: Optimize and further customize your reporting and tracking in BookIt for Forms when a meeting is booked. Now with Flag Object When Meeting is Booked, you can automatically update a field on the lead or contact record with the most recent meeting booked through BookIt.
Who: This is available for customers with the Standard BookIt package.

Routing Scheduler Enhancements
When selecting which graph to use for a scheduled routing job, you now have the option to select “Use Live Graph at Scheduled Run Time.” When selected, Routing Scheduler will run the job using the Graph that is Live at the time of the scheduled job. In addition, this option provides the new ability to leverage any Hold Until node in your Live Graph, offering greater flexibility in routing records and handling any last minute graph changes.
Who: Available in the Advanced and Premium Packages of the Revenue Orchestration Platform.
