Gain full visibility into where Buying Group members are across the entire sales cycle. From pre-sales marketing engagement to opportunity creation and beyond, Journeys enable reps to seamlessly manage and track Members and Signals from initial interest through deal closure, renewal, and upsell.

A central hub for all Journey Tracker information, this Admin-level resource provides a structured view of Buying Group activity throughout the sales cycle. This page allows users to manage and close Journeys, link relevant opportunities, and access key engagement insights.
Use Cases:
- Faster Insights: Seamlessly connect active Journeys to relevant opportunities for better deal tracking and management.
- Configurable Settings: Adjust Journey Tracker preferences and workflows directly from the record page for greater flexibility.
Who: Available with Buying Groups Edition
How: Find and click on any LeanData Journey created by LeanData’s Buying Group automation in Salesforce. The page can be configured via Salesforce’s Lightning Record Page or Page Layout sections under the LeanData Journey object in object manager.

Journey Object Management & Reporting

All data is stored within a centralized Journey object, ensuring a seamless handoff between Marketing and Sales. Users can create Opportunities directly from Journey data, mapping Buying Group members as Contact Roles to align with existing go-to-market motions.

Integration: Clari Groove Sales Engagement API
Now users can automatically add records to specified Clari Groove Flows using LeanData’s powerful routing and workflow capabilities. This integration ensures the right leads, contacts, and accounts are placed into the appropriate Clari Groove sequences without manual effort, optimizing rep productivity and engagement timing.
Use Cases:
- Automated Sales Engagement Enrollment: Ensure high-priority leads and contacts are immediately added to the correct Clari Groove Flows for timely outreach.
- Improved Rep Productivity: Reduce manual data entry and let LeanData automate sales engagement workflows, allowing reps to focus on selling.

How: Navigate to Integrations → Routing → Clari Groove to authorize the integration. Find and add the Clari Groove node to your graphs under the Integrations → Sales Engagement section.

BookIt Platform
BookIt Handoff: Updated UI & Scheduling Page
The updated BookIt Handoff offers a more intuitive and streamlined user experience, enabling reps to quickly and effectively schedule meetings with the right people at the most appropriate time.
Use Cases:
- More Precise and Optimal Handoffs: Reps can easily schedule meetings at the optimal time by leveraging a calendar that incorporates meeting buffer times and minimum booking notice.
- Faster Adoption Across Teams: The updated scheduling page features new icons and tooltips that make it easier for teams to schedule meetings with the right people/pool.

How: Navigate to a Lead/Contact SFDC Record → click the “BookIt Handoff” button (may be named differently in your org) to launch Handoff.
BookIt Links: Add Non-SFDC Users to Links & Invite
BookIt users can now add people who do not have Salesforce licenses when creating a meeting link to ensure that they account for everyone's availability. This allows for easier cross-functional collaboration and a friction-less scheduling experience, no matter who is included in a meeting.
Use Cases:
- Technical Support: Sales reps can add a member of the product or engineering team to discuss technical considerations.
- Sales Support: Sales reps can invite additional team members from Sales or other cross-functional teams to assist with driving deals or to provide more visibility into a deal.
- Product Roadmap: Sales reps can add a member of the product team to join a meeting with a prospect to share the product roadmap and gather feedback.
Who: Available with BookIt Links.
How: Navigate to BookIt → Settings → BookIt Links to get started. Reach out to your CSMs to enable this feature.

Integration: Gong Conferencing
This new integration enables seamless automation across BookIt and Gong conferencing by allowing Gong users to generate unique conferencing links for each meeting scheduled through BookIt.
Use Cases:
- Seamless Conferencing: Ensure that meetings scheduled through BookIt include dynamic Gong conferencing links for a seamless conferencing experience.
- Greater Scheduling Flexibility: Users can easily schedule meetings utilizing other web conferencing providers such as Webex, GoToMeeting, Amazon Chime, and more.
Who: Available with BookIt for Forms and BookIt Handoff.
How: Navigate to Integrations → BookIt → Gong Conferencing to authorize the integration. Users can set Gong as their conferencing provider by navigating to their User page under People → Users and clicking on the Video Conferencing tab.

Handoff “Meeting Scheduler” Variable in Smart Rep: Admins can tailor meeting host suggestions based on who is scheduling the meeting. This ensures that the right user or pool of users is suggested without having to update any Salesforce records.

Scheduled Emails for Deauthorized BookIt Users: BookIt Admins will now receive recurring emails notifying them if there are users who have errors in BookIt (e.g., deauthorized calendars), enabling them to promptly take action and resolve errors as needed.
