NotifyPlus Individual User Action Tracking
The new NotifyPlus Individual User Action Tracking feature now enables individual users to authorize their Salesforce tokens to ensure that any updates they make to Salesforce via Slack NotifyPlus Action Notifications are correctly attributed to them.
This capability ensures updates are attributed to the specific Salesforce user making the change, configured through the NotifyPlus Salesforce Authorization Settings.
Who: Available with NotifyPlus packages of the LeanData Revenue Orchestration Platform
How: Navigate to Integrations → Routing → NotifyPlus for Slack and Slack Notifications to configure your NotifyPlus Salesforce Authorization Settings

BookIt Links: Single Use Links
Easily copy and share single use meeting links. With this new functionality, users can share meeting links that would only allow customers to book one meeting. By limiting meeting access, single use links can help prevent unauthorized or repeat bookings that can limit users’ availability.
Who: Available with BookIt Links
How: Navigate to BookIt > BookIt Links > My Links & click on the dropdown on the Copy Link button to copy a single use link.

Use Cases:
- Customer Support: Allow customer support reps to provide customers with a single use link to schedule an ad hoc support call.

BookIt for Forms: Webform Setup Tool
Streamline the process of implementing BookIt for Forms with a new interactive and dynamic user experience. Easily generate the necessary code snippets and apply it to a webform to reduce time and resources spent on implementation.

BookIt Handoff: Salesforce Event Customization
Allow sales reps to easily access the information they need to sell effectively, enable better reporting, and allow for more automation. With this update, Salesforce Events created by BookIt Handoff can be customized with additional variables, allowing sales reps to quickly understand what a handoff meeting is about. Revenue teams can also leverage this data for more in-depth reporting on meetings created through BookIt Handoff and automate more processes.

How: Navigate to BookIt > Settings > BookIt Handoff > Advanced > Create Salesforce Events > Create Lead/Contact Event
