New Add-On: NotifyPlus (Generally Available)
Accelerate the manual tasks across your revenue process, with precision and alignment, using the new interactive Slack notifications. You can now send notifications via Slack that enable the recipients to create new records or update any routed or matched record, from directly within Slack! Streamline operations, improve process adherence, and accelerate pipeline like never before.
- Custom Buttons in Slack Notifications: Prescribe necessary and prompt action, with full context. Define which actions a team member needs to complete, with a form to send new data or updates back into Salesforce.
- SLAs Tracking: Set expiration times and auto-tracking completion for each action sent in a notification. Easily hold team members accountable, including reps and those that they depend on.
- Suggested Inputs: Accelerate updates and keep Salesforce data accurate by enabling reps to provide unique values used to create or update records, confirm suggested values, or even select an option from Salesforce picklists or searchable records.
- Continued Processing: Automate next steps based on inputs or SLA compliance. Whether next steps are conditional on action taken, inputs provided, or timely action taken, continue to automate updates, merges, or even initiating engagement sequences. Seamlessly incorporate manual input as part of one entire process.

BookIt Handoff: Instant Handoff
Keep buyers engaged by reps through instant handoffs. BookIt Handoff now enables reps to see which team members are immediately available and seamlessly handoff off a live meeting, or to see who is soon available to book an immediate followup meeting. Instant Handoff also works with group meetings. Eliminate the risk of someone missing a future meeting, spend less time searching for the best rep's availability, and accelerate high intent buyers through your sales process!

BookIt Links: Salesforce Lead & Event Creation
Create Lead and Event records from your BookIt Links! Now, not only can prospects schedule time via your BookIt Links, but an associated Lead record and Event record can be automatically created in Salesforce when the meeting is booked. Keep your scheduling forms simple and eliminate more tedious work for everyone by automating record creation.

You can now see which Leads have booked a meeting through BookIt Links in one central location! Get better visibility into the meeting details when someone books a meeting with your team using links.

BookIt For Forms: Prioritize Fairness For Count-based Pools
More flexibility in your count-based pools! You can now automatically assign meetings to the rep that might need them most. When using count-based pools in your graph, you can now prioritize fairness in distribution as an alternative to prioritizing prospect availability. This will instead display the availability of the rep who has the fewest scheduled meetings. To ensure prospects don’t get stuck with a rep with poor availability, you can also set thresholds, which pull in the availability of more reps in your pool and allow a prospect to meet with the next best rep.

Revenue Orchestration Platform
Integration: Salesloft Rhythm Missed SLA & 6sense Intent Data
React quickly to changes in the buying cycle with our expanded Salesloft Rhythm integration functionality. Our updated integration detects when a Contact displays high intent signals via 6Sense, and creates a Play within Rhythm altering revenue team for fast follow up.
Increase conversion rates and book revenue faster by tracking all missed SLA’s in Rhythm. LeanData will send all time-based automated activities directly to the Rhythm focus section where the sales team can take priority action.

Leverage your robust Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) feature within LeanData’s easy to use drag and drop interface! After you’ve configured ETM, use our new integration to effectively reference the ETM model and assign records. Customers can utilize the contextual routing LeanData offers and the territory segmentation and structure of ETM in one out-of-the-box node. Currently available in all premium Salesforce objects router.

General Product Enhancements
At LeanData, we are constantly working to enhance your flexibility and ease of use. Below are the latest enhancements we've made to LeanData to help you achieve better results. Please see in the parenthesis which LeanData packages each enhancement applies to:
Token Management: Customize the tokens used by LeanData products in your Salesforce org, and minimize unwanted token authorization from non-admins. Admins can also have more peace of mind that LeanData can use secondary tokens as a fallback, and more easily audit the actions taken by LeanData in Salesforce.

BookIt Meeting Times: You can now book a meeting on a rep’s calendar just 15 minutes before the meeting begins. The previous minimum was one hour.

Routing Graph Organizer: Reduce the complexity of your graphs and the time spent maintaining them, all while increasing their sophistication with our updates Graph Organizer. You can now use 21 different colors to collapse and expand sections on your graph to more easily understand the portion of the graph you're working on and view different sections of your graph at one time.

Permissions Assignment: Now users without “Assign Permission Sets” permission in Salesforce would not be able to assign out permissions in LeanData, ensuring permission setting alignment between LeanData and Salesforce.

Data Table Based Routing: You can now add version descriptions to each version and have up to 50 versions per Data Table. The Last Modified Date is updated to reflect active version's last modified date. Also resolved an issue where User ID and Account ID are not surfaced in field mapping in node property.
