Routing Preview
Say goodbye to the hassle of testing routing logic with dummy data or one-time triggers. With our new Routing Preview feature, you can effortlessly pull in and edit test records directly within the Graph Editor, all in one seamless experience. This new feature allows you to preview routing outcomes before going live, giving you the confidence to deploy error-free graphs.
Who: Available with Advanced or Premium packages of the LeanData Revenue Orchestration Platform, BookIt for Forms, and BookIt Handoff.
How: Navigate to any FlowBuilder graph and click the test tube icon on the left side panel or click on Tools -> Routing Preview in the navigation bar to get started.

Use Cases:
- Reduce Errors: Preview routing outcomes to quickly identify errors and determine if a graph is working as intended. Minimize the risk of launching a graph with errors without spending time on cumbersome testing workarounds.

BambooHR Integration
Our new integration between BambooHR and LeanData eliminates the need for manual updates and boosts operational efficiency for all teams. Automatically sync rep time-off data from BambooHR to LeanData, ensuring accurate scheduling and record assignment.

BookIt Platform
Weighted Distribution in Count-based Pools
You can now add weighted distribution to count-based round robin pools. In addition to distributing meetings based on which rep has the lowest meeting count, you can add weighting to specific reps which allows them to receive more meetings. This new feature provides more flexibility in how meetings are distributed through round robin pools.
Who: Available with BookIt for Forms, BookIt Handoff, and BookIt Links
How:
- New Count-Based Pool: Navigate to BookIt > Round Robin > Pools > Create Round Robin Pool > Members > Add Members > Weighted Distribution Check Box
- Existing Count-Based Pool: Navigate to BookIt > Round Robin > Pools > select a Count-Based Pool > Edit Members > Weighted Distribution Check Box
Use Cases:
- Allocate More Meetings to Top Performers: Increase weighting for top-performing reps to assign more meetings to those reps and increase the probability of closing deals.
- Allocate Less Meetings to New Reps: Decrease weighting for new reps to allow time for onboarding and training.
Separate Working Hours
Streamline routing and scheduling by allowing reps to set and maintain their own working hours, with custom working hours that can apply to LeanData BookIt and/or Routing. This allows reps to dictate when meetings can be scheduled and when they can be assigned records or tasks through routing.

How: Navigate to People > Users > User Details (click into individual user)

Use Cases:
- Block Specific Times for Meetings: Allow reps to set their BookIt working hours to allow meetings to be scheduled only during certain times. For example, a rep might only take customer calls in the morning and block out the rest of their time for internal meetings.
- Adjust Working Hours for Conferences: Allow reps to adjust their BookIt working hours around a conference or other event. This ensures that they will only have meetings scheduled when they are not at the event and available for a meeting.
Links Admin Management
You can now create booking links in bulk for users, view and manage users’ booking links, and control which users can create booking links and meeting types. With this update, admins can reduce manual work for reps by creating one managed link that can be assigned to multiple reps. Admins can also easily access, monitor, and modify booking links and permissions for all reps within the Link Management Page.

Use Cases:
- Reduce Time Spent Creating Booking Links: Create booking links for different meeting types that multiple reps can use. This saves time for reps and helps them get set up with the correct booking links that they can quickly share with customers and prospects.
- Streamline Booking Link Management: Admins can easily adjust reps’ booking links as processes and customer needs evolve, or modify permissions around booking link creation when roles change.
Manager Permission
Empower teams with an additional level of permissions between admins and reps. The new BookIt Manager permission set allows managers to modify the counts and calibration and other important settings for the reps they oversee. The new BookIt Pool Manager permission set allows managers to view and modify meeting counts for reps who are in the pools they manage.

Import/Export BookIt Meeting Types & Settings
Easily transfer your BookIt configurations between a Sandbox/testing environment and a Production environment. You can now import/export meeting types, categories, settings, and any other BookIt configurations rather than manually creating every setting in Production to go Live.
Use Cases:
- Sandbox to Production: Build and test BookIt configurations within a Sandbox environment. When you’re ready to go live, export all your settings and import them into your Production environment to push Live.
- Sandbox Refresh: Copy all BookIt configurations from your Production environment to your Sandbox so that you can easily plan effective changes to your scheduling logic.

Auto-calibrate Counts and Calibrations
Automatically adjust how meetings are distributed when reps return from vacation, allowing time to slowly ramp back up until they’re caught up with others in their pool or meeting category. This new setting “auto-calibrates” meeting distribution around vacation schedules, saving admins time and manual effort from tracking when reps come back from time off and adjusting calibrations.

Handoff Updated Admin Controls
With the updated admin controls for BookIt Handoff, admins can reduce noise by configuring who reps can schedule a meeting with. Admins can restrict booking choices and round robin pool options that are surfaced in BookIt Handoff, further simplifying the handoff booking process.

NotifyPlus Channel Management
Bring the team together, instantly! With NotifyPlus, you can now automatically create and manage Slack Channels based upon changes in Salesforce. Automatically set the appropriate topic, description, channel members, and more, even including links to key Salesforce records. Make it easier to keep stakeholders informed and aligned along the customer journey.
Use Cases:
- Slack Deal Rooms: Centralize communication around opportunities and keep the entire selling team aligned. Once an Opportunity hits a certain stage, automatically create a Slack Channel dedicated to the deal and add key team members. As the Opportunity progresses, notify the channel of updates and even request immediate action through Slack buttons. Relevant team members can be automatically added at any stage or when key changes happen in the deal.
- Accelerate Customer Support: Automatically create a Slack Channel when a new support Case is created, and add team members assigned to the Case to ensure timely response and resolution. Enable team members to maintain visibility and collaborate effectively with streamlined communication. Within Flowbuilder, you can easily decide if all cases get Slack channels, or only specific cases that meet your criteria, such as churn risk, customer size, or case type.

How: Open an Account, Object, Case, or AOR graph > select the Create Slack Channel or Manage Slack Channel node under the NotifyPlus node menu

How:
- Open any Routing FlowBuilder graph and click the Snippets icon on the left side panel or select Routing Snippets under Tools in the Navigation Bar
- Navigate to any Routing FlowBuilder page and find the Browse Snippets Button

Reprocess Audit Logs
Save time and quickly correct errors with our new Audit Log Reprocessing feature. Now you can easily select records directly from Audit Logs and reprocess them through the active graph using the original trigger or edge. By streamlining the process of identifying and addressing issues, Admins can reduce manual work and keep operations running smoothly without the need for time-consuming field updates or one-time jobs in Salesforce.

General Product Enhancements

New Smart Reps Routing Templates: We've added new routing templates for our BookIt Handoff Smart Rep graph, giving customers a head start on building their smart rep workflows. These templates simplify the setup process, making it easier to create effective graphs right from the start.
