Accelerate meeting scheduling with new and improved scheduling links in BookIt! BookIt Links takes our existing Meeting Links functionality to the next level with expanded capabilities to help revenue teams book more meetings faster, and with greater flexibility to personalize their scheduling experience.
You can now request early access to BookIt Links and the following features below:
- Individual Booking Links: Empower reps to share their calendar availability via a meeting link, eliminating back-and-forth coordination and improving conversions.
- Group Booking Links: Propel team selling with meeting links that instantly present the shared availability across multiple team members.
- User Level Meeting Types: Enable users to create and customize personal meeting types. Create templates to establish meeting type best practices and empower users to customize their own working hours, confirmation emails, and reminders.

Time-Bound Meeting Types
Take your scheduling automation to the next level with enhanced customization in Meeting Types!
You can now prompt buyers to book a meeting within a defined time frame by setting a Custom Date Range for a Meeting Type. Leverage this to tailor scheduling pages to time-bound activities such as events, sales campaigns, and more, improving conversion rates and eliminating manual meeting coordination for your revenue teams!
Use Cases:
- Automate Scheduling for Events: Eliminate manual meeting coordination for upcoming events (e.g. conferences, trade shows, workshops, and more!) by aligning the availability on scheduling pages to your event dates (e.g. 07/23 – 07/28). Pro tip: Tailor each day’s opening hours to optimize team productivity and ensure meetings are scheduled during appropriate times.
- Pre-event: Enable prospects to reserve a meeting with a rep during an upcoming event
- During-event: Enable prospects to schedule a meeting on the spot at a time that works best over the course of the event
- Post-event reporting: Accurately track and report on event meetings booked via LeanData BookIt, with a full view into key metrics and outcomes.
- Meet at the Right Time: Automate scheduling for sales initiatives that have a specific start or end date (e.g. limited-time offers, giveaways, and more!), ensuring prospects meet with the right team member at the right time.

Meeting Credits & Calibration for Count-Based Pools
Boost seller productivity, reduce wait times between qualified meetings, and improve distribution fairness with Meeting Credits and Calibration features for Count-Based Pools!
New terms, features, and use cases:
- Meeting Credits, Requests, & Approvals – You can now empower reps to submit a meeting credit request directly from within Salesforce, along with details about their meeting and why they’re requesting a credit (e.g. canceled, no-show, unqualified). Automatically approve requests that meet your specific criteria or agility track and manage credits directly from within the Credit Request Management Page.
- Meeting Categories – Categorize meeting types based on your unique business needs (e.g. Demo Request, Event Webform Fill, Partnership Request, etc.) and leverage this to credit reps based on meeting category, improving fairness and decreasing seller wait times between qualified meetings of the same type.
- Ex) If a rep’s Demo Request meeting is canceled, ensure that they can get another Demo Request sooner, by granting them a credit within this category.
- Ex) Credit reps for Unqualified Demo Requests, but hold off on approving credits for a Canceled Event Form Fill meeting.
- Credits & Calibration Page – Easily adjust (calibrate) the meeting counts of new users or users returning from vacation to improve onboarding and productivity:
- Ex) Improve new member onboarding by adjusting the meeting count of New Users to allow more time before their first meeting assignment.
- Ex) Adjust the meeting count for Users returning from vacation to ensure a smooth transition back to work.
- New Meeting Log Object Fields – Track Meeting Status, Credit Reason, Credit Status, Request Date/Time, & more!
- Optimize Meeting Attendance: Quickly understand and report on canceled or no-show meetings, identify opportunities for improved pre-meeting engagement and partner with Sales Managers to drive faster, more effective outreach with sales engagement cadences and SLAs.

Vacation Handling
Enhance your automated scheduling process with Vacation Handling in LeanData BookIt! Here’s a recap of the latest updates and new use cases:
- Respect User Schedules – Schedule and Suggest nodes within the respective BookIt for Forms’ FlowBuilder and BookIt Handoff’s Smart Rep Suggestions FlowBuilder, can now be configured to “Respect User Schedules.” Leverage this to:
- Automate Meeting Reassignments: Ensure every prospect can book a meeting with a rep at a time that works best for their schedule. With BookIt for Forms, eliminate scheduling delays and manual triage, and accelerate speed-to-lead by instantly reassigning meetings to the next best rep if the primary rep is on vacation.
- Enhance Meeting Host Suggestions: With BookIt Handoff, automatically suggest the next best team member as the meeting host if the primary rep is out of office.
- Buffer Days – Start and End buffers can now be set around a user’s vacation to determine when they become eligible or ineligible to receive meetings. Leverage this to:
- Improve Seller Productivity: Set buffer times to help reps manage their time before and after vacation.
- Ex) Start Buffers: Brian (SDR) is going out on vacation for 2 weeks. To ensure that he has enough time to close out any open tasks before his vacation, set a 2-day start buffer to prevent meetings from being assigned to Brian, and automatically reroute them to the next available team member.
- Ex) End Buffers: To help Brian meet his quota, set a 2-day end buffer to increase the odds of him having meetings lined up as soon as he’s back from vacation, ultimately reducing wait times and improving productivity.
- Improve Seller Productivity: Set buffer times to help reps manage their time before and after vacation.
- Visual Icons – BookIt Handoff now sports palm tree icons beside users that are out on vacation, helping to guide reps to schedule with an alternative team member when booking a follow up call.

Zoom Integration
Automatically generate a unique Zoom link when a meeting is scheduled with LeanData BookIt! Leverage our new Zoom Integration to automatically update meeting conferencing details (with Zoom’s real-time updates), improve security, and deliver an even more seamless scheduling experience for your buyers. Get started today by navigating to LeanData > Admin > Integrations.
Who: Available for customers with BookIt for Forms, BookIt Handoff, or BookIt Links.
How:
- Admins: Get started by going to LeanData > Admin > Integrations.
- Existing Users: Get started by going to LeanData > BookIt > Users > Video Conferencing.
- New Users: An email will be sent when a new user is added to BookIt, with instructions on how to authorize their calendar and add their video conferencing details.

Google Analytics Integration

BookIt for Forms Scheduling Automation Enhancements
Level-up your scheduling experience with improved flexibility in BookIt for Forms! You can now leverage both the Prioritize Prospect Availability and Group Booking features together, to ensure every call is covered by the best reps available.
Use Case: When a prospect fills out your demo request webform, automatically assign the right Account Executive and round robin the first available Solutions Consultant to the meeting.
Who: Available for customers with BookIt for Forms.
Unbounce Integration Enhancements
Instantly qualify, match, and schedule meetings with prospects directly from your Unbounce landing pages! We’ve made enhancements to our Unbounce Integration to help you get up and running faster, improve conversion and deliver the best prospect experience.
Who: Available for customers with BookIt for Forms.
Update Salesforce Events After Reschedule
Salesforce Event records that are created via BookIt Handoff, will be automatically updated if the meeting is rescheduled, saving reps time and eliminating any need for manual event updates.
Who: Available in BookIt Handoff. Previously released in BookIt for Forms (June 2022).

Scheduled Syncs for Conditional Pools
Boost your productivity and increase round robin accuracy with Scheduled Syncs for Conditional Pools! You can now automatically update your pool membership on a scheduled basis, saving you time on manual maintenance and ensuring that your pools stay up-to-date as your revenue team changes.
Use Case:
- Automate Pool Member Updates: Automate the process of updating the pool membership across your Conditional Pools on a scheduled basis, based on User fields. This ensures new hires, and existing users who change roles due to promotions, attrition, or other reasons, are automatically accounted for.
Who: Available for customers with the Advanced or Premium packages of the LeanData Revenue Orchestration Platform.
How: Get started by navigating to the new Conditional Pool Settings page (LeanData > Routing > Round Robin > Conditional Pool Settings) and setting the date and/or frequency in which you want your conditional pools to Sync Membership. Then, navigate to the Pools page to select which conditional pools you’d like these settings to apply to.

Time-to-Action Tracking for Alternative Owners
Improve speed-to-lead with enhanced Time-to-Action Tracking! Within standard Hold Until nodes in FlowBuilder, you can now select an alternative User field to be referenced in the LeanData Time-to-Action Tracker. Leverage this to track SLA’s and improve visibility on Time-to-Action across every relevant rep in the sales process, helping Sales Managers to drive faster responses. Note: By default, the routed record’s Owner field will be selected in the dropdown.
Use Case:
- Improve Time-to-Action Tracking: Track Time-to-Action on alternative owners (e.g: Sales Development Rep) that are working a record alongside the default Owner (e.g: Account Executive). Alert reps and management if SLA’s are missed, and even reroute records if another rep can help ensure a faster response.
Who: Available for customers with the Advanced or Premium packages of the LeanData Revenue Orchestration Platform.

New LeanData Reporting Managed Package
Unlock key insights faster with out-of-the-box Salesforce Reports! We’re excited to announce our new LeanData Reporting Managed Package that houses preconfigured Salesforce Reports to help you quickly understand how records are being distributed and acted upon, demonstrate LeanData’s impact to stakeholders, and optimize your automation with ease. Use the reports right out-of-the-box or clone them to customize further based on your organization’s needs.
Reports & Use Cases:
- Time-to-Action Reports & Dashboards: Track and report on time-to-action or time-to-first touch across various groups (SDRs, AEs, CSMs, Support Teams, and more!) using information on the record or related record, and quickly identify speed-to-lead bottlenecks to improve seller performance and the buyer experience.
- Round Robin Report: Report on key information across Pools, such as the active members and specific settings enabled per pool (weighting, capping, etc).
- Territory Object Report: Report on information about each territory and view additional details such as Territory Name, Segment-level information, as well as Geographic info uploaded into Territory Management.
- Log Object Report: Report on operational metrics and information regarding Routing and Tagging processing by LeanData. Gain visibility into routing outcomes and details, such as the criteria often triggering routing, actions taken on routed records, lead-to-contact conversions, record deduplication metrics, fields updated, or assignments of records.
- Use this to build dashboards for stakeholders, providing visibility on how records are assigned, how well criteria are working to support the process, or even to demonstrate to leadership how much value LeanData has added to your organization (ex: number of records automatically processed).
