New Product: BookIt Links (Generally Available)
Empower your reps to book more meetings faster with personalized scheduling links! We’ve completely revamped our Meeting Links functionality and are excited to announce the general availability of BookIt Links! Level up your scheduling game with these new and improved capabilities for reps and Admins:
- Individual Booking Links: Eliminate back-and-forth emails and empower reps to instantly share their calendar availability via a personalized link.
- Group Booking Links: Propel team selling for various team members who regularly partner on calls (e.g. SDRs, AEs, SCs, CSMs, and more!). Empower reps to instantly share the combined availability of defined team members via a link, eliminating manual coordination and delays!
- User-Level Meeting Types: Enable users to create personal meeting types and customize things like their working hours, confirmation emails, and reminders. Create meeting type templates to establish best practices and help reps get up and running quickly!
- Meeting Metrics Dashboard: View the number of meetings scheduled and who they’re being scheduled with over a specified timeframe. Export the data to a CSV file and create Salesforce reports to efficiently answer questions such as:
- How many meetings are being scheduled?
- How are my meetings distributed to sales team members?
- How many meetings were canceled?
- How do we optimize meeting attendance?

Routing Templates
Begin your routing revolution quickly and easily with nine brand new flowbuilder graph templates! Easily accessible on the Flowbuilder tile page, teams new to LeanData can quickly begin customizing templates while tenured admins can refresh existing process flows and easily adapt new templates. Our best-in-class graphs are complete with pre-built flows, customizable to your business requirements to meet all revenue orchestration needs.
Who: This applies to customers with the Standard, Advanced, or Premium packages of the LeanData Revenue Orchestration Platform. The BookIt for Forms graph is available for BookIt for Forms customers.
How: In the LeanData Dashboard window of your Salesforce instance you will see the “Routing” tab. Select and navigate to the object you’d like to view templates for. Once you have navigated to Routing > Object of choice, toggle to the “single graph” option.

Specify Sender's Email for Notifications
Don’t let inbox noise slow GTM speed and efficiency! Filters and junk-rules often prevent Revenue Teams from seeing notifications from the LeanData Integration. Users can now specify which Salesforce Org-wide email address the LeanData routing notifications come from, ensuring assigned reps never miss critical routing messages.

Routing Integrations: Groove
A match made in RevOps heaven! Groove and LeanData users can now effortlessly orchestrate relevant engagements at exactly the right time with the latest integration between the two products. With simple one-time set up steps and drag-and-drop nodes, revenue teams can instantly route, assign, and segment records to the right rep using LeanData and then import those orchestrated records into Groove Flows all in one place.

Routing Integrations: Remove From Sales Engagement
Never incorrectly cold-email a prospect again with our ability to automatically remove prospects and customers from your sales engagement (SalesLoft/Outreach) flows. Now RevOps teams can automate stopping Sequences or Cadences for engaged individuals, focusing their time on selling and delivering white-golve experiences on buyers.

How: Navigate to LeanData > Integrations > Outreach/SalesLoft to get started.

Google Meet Integration
Automatically generate a unique Google Meet link when a meeting is scheduled with LeanData BookIt! Leverage our new Google Meet Integration to automatically update meeting conferencing details, improve security, and deliver an even more seamless scheduling experience for your buyers.
Who: Available for customers with BookIt for Forms, BookIt Handoff, or BookIt Links.
How:
- New users: Follow prompt to authorize your calendar with Google upon login.
- Existing users: Navigate to Users > Video Conferencing > Connect Google Meet.

BookIt Enhancements
Below are the latest enhancements we've made to our BookIt products to help you get the most out of your scheduling automation. Please refer to the Who section for the BookIt product(s) that each enhancement applies to.
Meeting Types Enhancement: Expanded Custom Date Ranges
Enhance your meeting types with improved flexibility! The time range for specifying a Custom Date Range has expanded from one week to two weeks, enabling revenue teams to enhance scheduling experiences for longer term, time-bound activities such as events, limited offers, and more!
Who: Available for customers with BookIt for Forms, BookIt Handoff, or BookIt Links.
Meeting Types Enhancement: User-specific Opening Hours
You can now choose to leverage User-specific Working Hours as the Opening Hours for each Meeting Type. This was previously a global setting found on the BookIt Settings page, and is now available as an option directly within the Meeting Types Editor under Opening Hours > “Prioritize LeanData Working Hours.” Leverage this to apply user-specific opening hours only when needed, and fine-tune your meeting types based on your unique business needs!

Updated Error Support for BookIt Handoff
Easily understand the source of BookIt Handoff errors with new error handling functionality. Reduce time to action and eliminate the need for support team assistance as any error shown in Bookit Handoff now comes with clear instructions how to resolve quickly and painlessly.

BookIt for Forms Integration: Typeform and Gravity Forms
Instantly qualify, match, and schedule meetings with prospects directly from your Typeforms & Gravity Forms! We’ve made enhancements to help you get up and running faster, improve conversion and deliver the best prospect experience.

BookIt Handoff Enhancement: Edit Meeting Details to Maximize Context
When scheduling meetings via BookIt Handoff, sales reps can now easily edit the default Calendar Event Name and Event Description to add additional context for meeting hosts and attendees. Highlight the Buyer’s top priorities, goals, questions, and/or challenges within the meeting details to improve the buyer experience, set expectations, and provide every team member the context they need to deliver a smooth handoff!
