Overview
Joint Salesloft and LeanData users can create plays using intent signals from LeanData to automatically prompt sellers to follow up on buyer activity or priority signals when it matters most. Plays are prioritized by Conductor AI in the Salesloft Rhythm focus zone so that reps stay focused on the buyers and deals that are most likely to help them hit their number.
The Salesloft Rhythm Integration can share the following signals with Salesloft:
- Relevant campaign activity data for contacts associated with all active opportunities
- Relevant campaign activity data for all contacts associated with priority accounts
- Missed SLA signals
- 6sense Intent signals
Use Cases
- Opportunity Prioritization: Quickly see activity occurring within open opportunities to react quickly to changes in the buying cycle.
- Enhance Task Details: Precede this node with a Get Records node, pulling important details from other records such as Opportunities, so that sales reps can quickly view all important context.
- Convert buyer signals to revenue: Centralize all buyer intent data for contextual follow up.
- Speed-to-Lead: Quickly enforce SLA action and drive prompt follow up by sales representatives.
Setting up LeanData-Salesloft Rhythm Integration
Prerequisites
- Joint Customer of LeanData and Salesloft Rhythm.
- Customer of 6sense to utilize 6sense intent signals.
- Advanced or Premium Package with LeanData Lead and Contact Router.
Authorizing Salesloft Rhythm in LeanData
From the LeanData app, navigate to Integrations > Routing tab > Salesloft Rhythm and click the Get Started button.
From the Salesloft Rhythm Integration page click the Authorize button and log in to your Salesloft instance to complete the authorization.
Salesloft Send Rhythm Signal FlowBuilder Node
Once the above steps have been completed, you can utilize the Salesloft Send Rhythm Signal Node from either Lead or Contact Router.
This node can be found under Integrations > Sales Engagement > Salesloft > Send Rhythm Signal in the Node Bar.
Within the Send Rhythm Signal Node, there are a few configurable options.
Rhythm Signal
You can configure the signal you wish to send to Salesloft Rhythm.
Step 1: What type of signal do you want to send?
Select a signal type to send to Salesloft Rhythm:
- Campaign Engagement from Open Opportunity
- Campaign Engagement from Priority Account
- Missed SLA
- 6sense Intent (Contact Router Only)
Step 2: Where do you want to send the signal data from?
Select the proper variables to send the signal data from:
- Campaign Member (Campaign Engagement Types only): A Campaign Member identified in a New/Updated Campaign Member Entry Node, a Related Campaign Member Match Node, or Set Variable Node earlier in your graph. You can select the variable for which Campaign Member you would like to use.
- Account: You must have identified a Matched Account in a prior Match node or Set Variable Node. You can select the Account you would like to use from these variables.
- Deal (Campaign Engagement from Open Opportunity Only): You must have identified a Matched Opportunity in a prior Match node or Set Variable Node (if applicable) You can select the Opportunity you would like to use from these variables.
- Rep: You can select an owner to associate with this signal. You can select a User field from your routed Lead/Contact or any other variable that has been set upstream from this node.
- People/Person: This will be the Routed Lead / Contact.
Advanced Settings
There are a number of fallback edges you can utilize:
- Next Node: This option allows the record to proceed to another node in the Router graph after the record has sent the signal data to Salesloft Rhythm. This can include things like sending a notification or updating a field on the record.
- Variable Not Found: This option will allow you to direct next actions if a Variable you had referenced in the node cannot be found at the time of routing.
- Configuration Error: This will allow you to direct the next actions in the case of a configuration error.
