Overview

BookIt for Forms Users can extend the power of BookIt to the chatbot on your website, allowing you to configure your chatbot from providers such as Qualified and Drift to collect visitor information, which LeanData can use to present a booking page for the right rep. Leverage the New Chat Prospect Trigger node within the BookIt for Forms FlowBuilder to customize your scheduling logic based on your unique business needs.

Use Cases

  • Use Chat Data to Improve Assignments: Automatically assign the very best rep, referencing contextual chat data stored by your chat provider (e.g. Name, Email, Industry, Product Interest, Zip Code, and more!) to enhance decisions made in your scheduling automation.

Implementation Options

Depending on the chatbot provider, there are up to three different ways that you can choose to direct your chat visitors to book with one of your reps:

  • Landing Page: This option will redirect visitors to a landing page on your website that will host the Booking page in an iframe. This option allows you to maintain the experience on your company's website with your own Landing Page URL.
  • Smart Booking Link: This option will create and provide your visitors a link that will take them to a booking page hosted by app.leandata.com, where they can book a meeting with the appropriate rep.
  • Popup: This option will surface the booking page as a popup modal directly on the page that is hosting your chatbot. Your visitors will be able to schedule a meeting on the same page as the chatbot.
