Overview
The Redirect to URL node in BookIt for Forms allows you to redirect website visitors to a specific landing page instead of displaying a scheduling calendar. This node is particularly useful when you want to guide visitors who don't meet your qualification criteria to alternative resources, or when you need to direct them to different pages based on their form responses.
When a prospect's routing path leads to a Redirect to URL node, they will be automatically directed to the specified webpage instead of seeing meeting scheduling options.
Example Use Cases
- Redirect unqualified prospects to a resource library or content page instead of offering meeting scheduling options.
- Direct visitors from specific regions or industries to customized landing pages with relevant information.
- Send prospects who don't match your ideal customer profile to a self-service portal or FAQ page.
- Route prospects to different product pages based on their indicated interests or needs.

For example, you might capture the country your website visitor is from, store it in a variable, and use it to populate a language parameter in your URL, so that they are redirected to a properly translated landing page.
To include variables in your URL, click the Insert button and select the variable you want to add.
