FAQs

Why was not Salesforce or Calendar Event created even though a prospect submitted a BookIt form?

The prospect may have been presented with the calendar but didn’t book the meeting and abandoned the calendar before scheduling time. This would cause them to be sent through the BookIt router, but not result in a Salesforce or Calendar Event creation.

Please Note: Salesforce Events will only be created if enabled within your BookIt For Forms scheduling nodes.

Why is the Meeting Status shown as "N/A" in BookIt for Forms Audit Logs?

Similar to no Event creation, when a prospect is routed through BookIt but does not select a meeting time, the Meeting_Status__c field remains blank or is marked as "N/A". This is expected behavior in these cases.

How can I report on Prospects who didn't book a meeting?

From LeanData's object reporting on the Meeting_Log__c object, filtering by:

  • LeanData__Scheduling_Page_Shown__c = true

  • LeanData__Meeting_Scheduled__c = false

This will surface records where users interacted with the form but did not book a meeting. You can also review our BookIt Metrics and Reporting Guide for more details on BookIt reporting.
