Attribution
- Opportunity Touch Stage Field Rename: This refresh gives certain Marketing Touch fields more intuitive and user-friendly names. The fields affected are below.
- Current Opportunity Touch Stage -> Opportunity Stage at Touch
- Current Opportunity Touch Stage Date -> Opportunity Stage at Touch (Date)
- Next Opportunity Touch Stage -> Opportunity Stage After Touch
- Next Opportunity Touch Stage Date -> Opportunity Stage After Touch (Date)
- Retry Logic Improvements: When errors are encountered in Attribution runs, new logic allows for reexamination and inclusion at a later stage in the calculation. This logic improvement applies to the "Set Current Marketing Touch" and "Delete Current Marketing Touch" jobs
- Opportunity Attribution Heap Size Handling Improvements: Attribution batch run has modified to maximize run efficiency and assist in preventing potential heap size issues encountered when running Attribution
- Relocation of One Time Run Page: In the previous builds, One Time Run is located at two different locations (One Time Run page & Attribution Runs page). This change removes the redundancy.
FlowBuilder & Routing
- Time-Based Routing: Introduces the ability to schedule routes, actions, and decisions after a certain amount of time has passed. Ensure that SLAs are met by checking rep activity minutes, hours, or days after they receive a lead. Prevent stagnant leads by automatically checking for activity periodically.
- Dynamic Recipients for Notifications: Send email alerts to a variety of people using recipient selection options, such as New Owner, Previous Owner, Matched Object owner, Created Object owner, explicit email addresses, and additional recipients from custom user fields on the routed or related objects.
- Self-Referential Routing: Allows routing of a record to a user field on the record itself.
- Graph Visual Export: Download a .png image of your FlowBuilder graphs.
- Audit Logs Improvements: Allows users to search against other fields beyond record ID. Enhanced filter set. Other improvements that greatly enhance the legibility and usability of Audit Logs.
- Customer Routing Usage Dashboard UI Improvements: Many improvements have been made to the Customer Routing Usage Dashboard to improve the customer experience
