Engagement Launch

  • Account Engagement Visual - Explore engagement at an Account level. Understand which leads and contacts are engaging with your Marketing & Sales efforts and what content they are engaging with. This view is located on the Account page. 

  • Campaign Engagement Visual - Explore Campaign Engagement including Engaged Campaign Members, Engaged Accounts, Open Opportunities, and Campaign Members without Sales Followup. This view is located on the Campaign page. 

  • Engagement Reports & Dashboards - Uncover engagement insights using LeanData Engagement's out of the box reports & dashboards.

  • Settings - Customize your Engagement settings across Sales Activities and Campaign Membership to generate an Engagement dataset to meet your reporting needs.

  • Notifications - Receive tailored Engagement notifications including Engagement metrics and error information. 

  • Settings Change Log - View a historical log of all changes made to your Engagement settings. 

  • Field Mapping - Map fields from the Account Metrics object to your Account object for consumption within other processes. Additionally, use your own Campaign Created Date fields within your Engagement run.

  • Engagement Runs - Schedule your Engagement runs on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis. Additionally, use the Runs page to kick-off One-Time Runs. 

  • Engagement Data Object - This data object contains all raw Engagement data. It powers all Engagement Reports & Dashboards.
  • Account Metrics Data Object - This data object contains rolled up Engagement data at the account level. It can be used within reporting. 

  • Engagement Batches - The Engagement batches power LeanData Engagement.
