Google Calendar Vacations Sync

Automatically sync reps’ time off from Google Calendar, eliminating the need to manually record reps’ vacations. This ensures that records and meetings are assigned accurately, driving GTM speed and efficiency. 

Who: Available with Basic, Advanced, or Premium packages of the LeanData Revenue Orchestration Platform, BookIt Links, BookIt for Forms, and BookIt Handoff.

How: Navigate to Integrations → Vacations → Google Calendar → Get Started

Custom Logic for Sales Engagement

With this new feature, admins can easily dictate which sales engagement flow/cadence/sequence to add a lead or contact to by using variables. This further simplifies the process of building and maintaining workflows that automatically add a prospect to a sales engagement flow in Outreach, Salesloft, Groove, Gong, or Salesforce Sales Engagement.

Who: Available with Basic, Advanced, or Premium packages of the LeanData Revenue Orchestration Platform.

How: Navigate to Routing → FlowBuilder → Integrations → Sales Engagement → Outreach/Salesloft/Salesforce Sales Engagement/Gong/Groove → ID from a Variable radio button

Multi-Graph for Any Object Routing

Companies with multiple business units can now build separate routing graphs for different business units for any custom object. This update provides admins with even more flexibility when customizing routing logic per business unit, and enables more streamlined and secure graph management.

Who: Available with Premium packages of the LeanData Revenue Orchestration Platform.

How: Navigate to Routing → Multi-Graph → Business Units → Any Object

Graph API Enhancement

Enhancements to the Graph API help streamline the process of integrating external systems with LeanData Revenue Orchestration by providing more visibility into available routing graphs, improved support for anonymous lead data, and easier authentication key provisioning.

Who: Available with Advanced or Premium packages of the LeanData Revenue Orchestration Platform.

BookIt Platform 

Meeting Type Editor Updates

With this update, BookIt users can further customize calendar event invites, confirmation emails, and reminder emails with more text editing, more scheduling info form questions, and reschedule/cancel variables. This allows customers to deliver a more cohesive scheduling experience with consistent branding and messaging.

Who: Available with BookIt for Forms, BookIt Handoff, and BookIt Links.

How: Navigate to BookIt → Meeting Types → Meeting Type Management → Create Meeting Type

Custom Email Domain

BookIt users can now send scheduling emails (i.e., confirmation, reminder, reschedule, cancel) from their company’s domain. This allows for a clear, cohesive, and professional scheduling experience that helps keep buyers engaged.

Who: Available with BookIt for Forms, BookIt Handoff, and BookIt Links.

How: Navigate to BookIt → Settings → General → Setup → Custom Email Domain

Intelligent Handoffs for Accounts, Opportunities, and Cases

BookIt Handoff users can now leverage Smart Rep suggestions in order to intelligently route meetings around Accounts, Opportunities, and Cases. With support for additional objects, BookIt Handoff can help further streamline meeting scheduling throughout the buyer journey.

Use Cases: 

  • Smart Rep Suggestions on Opportunities: After creating an opportunity, automatically schedule meetings for that opportunity to a specific pool of AEs based on characteristics of the opportunity (e.g., company size, territory, industry).
  • Smart Rep Suggestions on Cases: When a support case is submitted, automatically schedule meetings with the correct pool of support specialists to enable faster resolution times and better customer support. 

Who: Available with BookIt Handoff.

How: Navigate to BookIt Handoff → Account/Opportunity/Case Smart Rep Suggestions

Multi-Meeting Type Landing Page

Users can now include multiple meeting types within a booking landing page for a more streamlined booking experience. With this update, prospects can be presented with one booking link that allows them to choose a meeting type that is related to their product/service of interest.

Who: Available with BookIt Links.

How: Navigate to BookIt → BookIt Links → Link Management → Create Booking Link -> Multi-Meeting Type Link

General Product Enhancements

At LeanData, we are constantly working to enhance your flexibility and ease of use. Below are the latest enhancements we've made to LeanData to help you achieve better results. Please see in the parenthesis which LeanData packages each enhancement applies to:

 

Buying Group Member Routing: Users can now confirm Buying Group members directly in Slack with NotifyPlus, eliminating the need to navigate the LeanData UI. With routing logic tied to individual member activity, follow-up is faster, smarter, and fully integrated with FlowBuilder automation.

Enhanced Title Clustering: Teams can now separate role from seniority and apply custom mapping, enabling clearer account insights and more targeted messaging. Ideal for multi-threading and persona-based engagement in complex deals.

No-Action Handling for DTBR: This enhancement enables the ability to designate when no action should be taken on an output field within Data Table Based Routing, which allows for greater control over routing logic and data management.

Easy Thumbnail Preference Update: Users can now easily update their thumbnail save preference when saving a graph.

Job Slot Locking: This new feature allows users to reserve one of their organization’s 100 scheduled job slots exclusively for LeanData routing. This helps prevent any delays in LeanData processing when the organization may be syncing a high volume of Apex jobs.

Free-Form SOQL Enhancement: Users can now order by multiple fields when using the Free-Form SOQL Builder in Routing Scheduler and the Get Records node, enabling greater control and customization over record sorting.

Build Routing Logic with Meeting Data: This enhancement allows BookIt users to reference relevant meeting information (e.g., meeting type, meeting status, assignee, product used) when determining how to route a record.
