Demandbase Action Node
Seamlessly trigger Demandbase actions (such as account-based engagement or enrichment) directly from LeanData FlowBuilder. This native integration enables revenue teams to route leads or contacts to the correct rep and directly trigger Demandbase actions within the same flow in LeanData – allowing for unified GTM orchestration across both platforms.
Use Cases:
- Enrich Leads in Real-time: Enrich a lead via Demandbase when routed through a lead routing graph.
- Automate Campaign Targeting: Add a highly qualified, warm lead to an ABM campaign in Demandbase post-routing.
- Coordinate Marketing & Sales Efforts: Trigger display ads via Demandbase based on an account’s engagement with SDRs.
- Engage Warm Leads: Surface buyer intent signals via Demandbase to inform timely sales outreach to engaged buyer personas.
Who: Available with Advanced, or Premium packages of the LeanData Revenue Orchestration Platform.
How: To use the Demandbase Action Node, navigate to FlowBuilder > Action Nodes and drag the Demandbase Action node into your graph. Admins must first authenticate with their Demandbase instance via Integrations > Routing > Sales Engagement by entering their Demandbase API Token. Once authenticated, the node can be configured to send CRM data (e.g., Account, Contact, or Opportunity fields) to Demandbase’s Import API. Configure matching and update fields in the node UI, and set Success/Failure paths for flow control.

BookIt Platform
Enhanced Dynamic Links Capabilities
With this update, BookIt users now have access to more robust customization and expanded capabilities for Dynamic links including support for: Round Robin Pools, multi-meeting type landing pages, and auto-populating custom fields. These enhancements allow for a better customer and booking experience, giving prospects the ability to book with a pooled availability of reps, select the meeting type, and save time on filling out redundant information.
Who: Available with BookIt Links.
How: New URL parameters poolID and pf_ allow for Round Robin Pools and auto-populating custom fields. Additionally, multiple meeting types can be added which will automatically generate the multi-meeting type landing page.

Slack Enhancements: With this update to the Slack integration, users can easily choose between sending multiple Slack messages to individuals or sending a group Slack message. In addition, users can mention "@here" or "@channel" to alert a Slack channel and drive immediate action.

Specify Time-To-Action Tracker User in NotifyPlus: This update provides the ability to specify which user the NotifyPlus Time-To-Action tracker is tied to, and ensures that the Time-To-Action tracker considers the user's working hours, enabling greater accuracy in SLA tracking.

Admin-Only Control of User Schedules: LeanData now supports an internal setting to disable standard-user schedule editing for working hours, vacations, and holidays. This gives LeanData admins the ability to centrally manage schedules for reps, increasing trust and integrity with a consistent and fair pool-based routing system. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.
