Buying Groups Edition
Custom Signals
This enhancement transforms how GTM teams act on critical buying signals by allowing them to capture and utilize any intent data as a customizable signal within Buying Groups. This flexibility enables broader integration with external signal providers and delivers richer Buying Group context, ensuring teams can better route, prioritize, and orchestrate their actions with precision.
Use Cases:
- Register a signal when an Account becomes a 6sense Qualified Account, triggering immediate routing to sales or nurture workflows.
- Map and classify signals based on G2 activity (e.g., viewing a product page, comparing categories) to help GTM teams prioritize accounts showing active research.
- Register a UserGems signal when a field change indicates a key contact has moved to a new company, and trigger outreach to re-engage former contacts.
Who: Available with LeanData Buying Groups Edition.
How:
- Navigate to Buying Groups > Settings > Custom Signals tab
- Add to a Segment by going to Edit Segment > Signals > Custom Signals

Orchestration
AI Graph Summary
This new feature uses AI to provide a text summary of any graph, section, or individual node to explain the intent and function of graph components, which provides users contextual insights to clarify routing logic and design. This allows for more ease in onboarding new admins, troubleshooting, and evolving of routing graphs for admins and users, improving change management and adoption of new business processes.
Use Cases:
- Accelerate onboarding for new admins and users with clear explanations of routing graphs.
- Prevent errors by enabling admins to understand routing logic before making changes.
- Identify unused features, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
- Review workflows to ensure alignment with GTM strategy and team coverage.
Who: Available with Premium packages of the LeanData Orchestration Platform. Please contact LeanData Support to enable the feature.
How: Access within your FlowBuilder Graphs.

AI Graph Comparison
With AI Graph Comparison, admins can access a clear, structured overview of all workflow changes before deployment, eliminating uncertainty and reducing review time. By comparing the current graph to the last deployed version, it generates a summary of every addition, removal, or modification. This transparency prevents errors, accelerates review and approval cycles, and improves governance, allowing GTM teams to confidently validate and deploy updates.

Collections
This new feature simplifies complex workflows by allowing a list of up to 1000 related records to be stored in a single Collection variable. This enables multi-record processing, as workflows can be used to bulk update a selected field or perform other actions on every record in that list with just one step. By replacing multiple single-record operations with a single action, users can save time building, managing, and auditing sophisticated GTM workflows.
Use Cases:
- When the owner of the parent account changes, update the owner for all child accounts.
- When an opportunity closes, update the owners for all the projects associated with the opportunity.
- When an account churns, update all the related partner objects to inactive.
- When an account is updated, check a box on all the related contacts to trigger contact routing.

Routing: Remove Contacts from Gong Flow
Users can now automate the unassignment of prospects from Gong Flows as soon as specific criteria are met in the workflow, eliminating tedious manual tasks and preventing poor prospect experiences. A dedicated node within the FlowBuilder allows users to select a target flow or use a variable with the Flow ID to instantly remove a person – reducing manual overhead while enabling more effective outreach post-engagement or opt-out.

BookIt Platform
Support Pausing and Holidays
BookIt now supports pausing and holidays so reps can control when they’re available. Pauses stop all scheduling, while holidays block scheduling only during those periods. Pausing now exists in both Orchestration and BookIt, reduces admin overhead, and gives reps more precise schedule control.
Use Cases:
- Pausing to pre-add users to round robins as they are onboarding.
- Easily allows for users to temporarily pause receiving bookings from BookIt without the need to remove from all existing pools.

Custom Copy for Multiple Meeting Reminders
This enhancement allows admins to customize reminder content based on when it’s sent (e.g., tailoring a 1-day reminder differently from a 15-minute one). The added flexibility improves recipient engagement, boosts show-rates, and aligns communication with meeting context.
Use Cases:
- Sending personalized reminders for important meetings, such as including a unique agenda for each attendee.
- Adjusting reminder tone and content for last-minute notifications compared to earlier notices.
- Providing location-specific details or virtual meeting links closer to the event time.
- Tailoring reminders for different time zones to ensure clarity and relevance for all recipients.
- Highlighting specific preparation tasks or materials required based on the timing of the reminder.

Auto-Calibrate New Pool Members
This improvement removes the manual work of setting calibration values when adding users to count-based pools. New members automatically receive a calibration equal to the pool’s average, ensuring fairer routing and predictable distribution. This gives admins more control, saves time, and keeps pools balanced without constant adjustment.
Use Cases:
- Automatically calibrating new customer support agents in a pool to ensure they are assigned tasks fairly from the start.
- Allowing quick onboarding of seasonal or temporary workers without requiring manual configuration, saving administrative time.
- Maintaining even workload distribution during team expansions by aligning new members’ calibration with the existing average.
- Reducing errors or biases caused by manual adjustments when adding users to large pools.

Advanced Distribution Methods
Handoff’s Distribution Methods have been enhanced to allow schedulers to choose a main host from a locked pool and to specify an availability threshold when using a round robin distribution. Together, these options provide greater flexibility to match unique meeting distribution needs.
Use Cases:
- Assign critical meetings to experienced hosts using when expertise is key.
- Distribute meetings evenly during high-demand periods to ensure fairness and prevent overloading.
- Allow schedulers to customize assignments for urgent meetings, adhering to availability thresholds.
Who: Available with BookIt Handoff.
How:

Managed Multi-Meeting Type Links
This enhancement lets admins create Managed Links that support multiple meeting types, combining centralized management with a flexible prospect experience. Admins can easily assign and update meeting types for many users at once, while prospects get a single landing page to choose the meeting type that fits their needs.
Use Cases:
- Simplified scheduling for large teams with varied meeting types, reducing the need for multiple links and streamlining the process.
- Admins can quickly update or adjust meeting types across teams, saving time and maintaining consistency in scheduling workflows.
Who: Available with BookIt Links.
How: Navigate to Link Management > Create Link > Managed Links > Multi-Meeting Type Link
