Introduction
Now that we've got most of the basic parts of building a graph, let's turn to some of the more advanced features of LeanData Routing. In this step, we will cover using Round Robins to distribute Leads to a pool of reps. how to Merge Duplicates, and route to territories in your graph.
Round Robin Distribution
Round Robins are a great tool for distributing Leads to a group of representatives. Round Robins can use weighted or unweighted distribution to your pool of users. Round Robin pools can also work with your pool members working hours, vacations and holidays.
The Round Robin Overview Guide will walk you through creating pools, adding members, and managing the pools.
The Round Robin Node Guide Guide will provide the information needed to add a Round Robin node to your router Graph.
The next part is to go through the Round Robin Schedules, Capping, and People Guide Guide to learn how to manage people in your pools, set their schedules, and use capping.
Territory Management
With Territory Management in LeanData Routing, you have a powerful tool for distributing leads to your representatives using territories. Territories are managed in LeanData Routing Graphs with Territory Segments created by uploading your territory spreadsheet.
The Territory Management Guide will help you learn how to create the Territory by uploading a CSV file. This guide will also show you how to manage your territories.
The next guide, the Territory Node Guide we will cover how to implement the Territory segment in your Router Graph.
Merge Duplicates
Whether it is duplicate Leads or a Lead that is a duplicate of an existing contact, you may need to occasionally merge some duplicate records. LeanData is not a de-dupping solution for your leads, however we do have some features that can be used for merging duplicate records.
The Merge Duplicates Guide will walk you the tools that can be used to merge duplicate records as part of your Router Graph.
Merging Duplicates does involve identifying the duplicates with Match nodes and then merging the routed record with its existing duplicate using the Merge Action nodes.

Campaign Member Based Routing
Campaign Member-Based Routing allows you to initiate LeanData Routing and make routing decisions based off of fields on the Campaign Member Object. The Campaign Member Based Routing guide will provide you a overview on adding this functionality to your Router Graph.
In Step 5 Troubleshooting LeanData, we will go over using LeanData's auditing tools.
