LeanData knows that being about to rely on your routing solution is as important as the actual routing itself. To this end, we have included a number of tools to help you troubleshoot and maintain a healthy routing system.
The Lead Routing Troubleshooting Guide guide will give you an jumpstart on how you can troubleshoot your Lead Routing.
The Deployment History & Routing Insights Guide will help you understand how to use these very powerful tools to see what has been deployed and a high level view of how your records are being routed. From the Routing Insights, you will see how records are moving through your nodes, any bottlenecks or gaps, and recurring errors.
Audit logs are records of every record that is routed by LeanData. The Audit Logs Guide will help you read and understand the logs. Being able to use the audit logs is vital to troubleshooting any issues with routing. Please note, by default, audit logs are stored for 90 days. Please reach out to your CSM or support if you would like this number changed.
