Overview
Organizations that utilize both LeanData Lead/Contact Router and Kronologic can leverage Kronologic's AI scheduling solutions to simplify the meeting scheduling process directly from their FlowBuilder graphs as a part of their overall marketing and sales motions. Within FlowBuilder, use the Kronologic Book Meeting with AI to update Lead and Contact records to meet Kronologic Import Channels filter conditions. Kronologic will then facilitate meeting scheduling using its AI Scheduling Assistant.
Please note: You will only be able to use this integration if you are a subscriber to LeanData Lead and/or Contact Router and have set up your Kronologic-Salesforce Integration.
Example: Ron is the Marketing Manager at Globex Systems. Globex recently had a booth at a large trade show and he needs to ensure that all booth attendees that expressed interest in Globex products have a meeting booked with a Sales Rep. Ron uses the Kronologic Book Meeting with AI node in his FlowBuilder Graph to ensure all eligible booth attendees have a meeting booked with an available rep.
Key Benefits
- Increased sales & marketing productivity by automating the meeting scheduling process (reducing manual work).
- Increased pipeline creation from low-touch meeting scheduling process for outbound prospecting.
Use Cases
- Automate the follow-up meeting scheduling process for booth attendees for a recent trade show on behalf of your sales reps.
Kronologic Salesforce Import Channel Setup
To trigger AI scheduling in Kronologic, LeanData leverages Kronologic's Salesforce Integration to trigger Kronologic based on field updates to Leads or Contacts in Salesforce.
To set this up, in Kronologic, navigate to Channels > Import and configure a Salesforce-based meeting channel/meeting type for each situation for Kronologic AI follow up. For more detailed instructions on creating and configuring an Import Channel, please refer to Creating an Import Channel.
Ensure that there is a Filter By condition configured in the Channel on a Lead/Contact field to designate what field update will trigger Kronologic AI scheduling. You will use this condition later within the Kronologic Book Meeting with AI node in FlowBuilder.
For more information on configuring Kronologic, please refer to the documentation in the Kronologic Knowledge Base: Kronologic-Salesforce Integration and Creating an Import Channel.
Using the Kronologic Book Meeting with AI Node
Once you have set up your Kronologic - Salesforce Integration in Kronologic, you can update the appropriate fields on your Leads / Contacts using the Kronologic Book Meeting with AI Node in FlowBuilder. You can find this node in the Node Bar in the upper right of a FlowBuilder graph under Integrations > Sales Engagement.
Update Lead / Contact Fields
The Update Fields section gives you the ability to update one or more fields on the Lead or Contact record that will trigger Kronologic. Here, you would configure the node to update the field corresponding to the appropriate Filter By condition that you would like to initiate.
If you would like to update multiple fields, use the + next to Add Field to add additional fields to update.
Inserted Values
The Insert feature allows you to insert a value from another field, a variable, or a relative date onto a field you are updating on the routed record. Fields on any matched object(s) are available, as well as any fields directly on the routed record. Variables that were defined earlier in the graph may also be used. To insert a value, select Insert, then Variables, then you can select from a list of eligible fields and Variables.
Relative Date Stamp
In addition to Inserting values from variables or other fields, you can also update a routed record with a relative date. When you select a date field from the field pull-down menu, you will have the option to insert a relative date into the field.
In the pop-up window you can select to use Today’s Date or XX number of days before / after today.
Email Notifications
The email notifications section allows you to configure how the node can notify Users of either a successful operation or a failure. For more information on configuring this section, please see the Email Notifications section in the Update Record Node Guide.
Advanced Settings
The Advanced Settings section gives you fallback options for the routed records and the ability to send the record to the next node of the graph as needed.
- Next Node: This option allows the record to be directed to another node in the Router graph after the record has been updated. This can include things like Converting the Lead into a Contact, Creating an Account, etc. You can also set this node to End of Flow. This will stop all LeanData actions at this node instead of sending it to another node.
Summary
The Kronologic Book Meeting with AI Node allows you to incorporate Kronologic functionality as a component of your Lead or Contact processes, allowing you to automatically facilitate meetings with valuable prospects without the manual coordination between your prospect and sales team, ensuring none of your prospects are lost within the scheduling process.
