BookIt Handoff (Limited Release)

We’re working on ✨new✨ functionality in BookIt to enable reps to instantly schedule meetings between team members and prospects, all from within Lead or Contact pages in Salesforce! With BookIt Handoff, sales teams will be able to focus on closing deals faster, decrease time spent on back-and-forth scheduling, and effortlessly book next-steps on the fly.

 

Please note: This feature is currently only available for select customers. Be on the lookout for more updates soon, regarding general availability. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions!

Act fast on influential Tasks and Events by automatically routing Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Cases to the right rep as soon as new activities occur. This can include prospect follow-up tasks, customer renewal tasks, demo calls, stakeholder meetings, and more! Get started by dragging and dropping the New Activity Trigger node onto your desired LeanData FlowBuilder graph!

Use Cases

  • Expedite Sales Cycles: Identify high-impact activities within your sales cycle, and route Leads to the most qualified rep to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Increase chances of Cross-sell and Upsell: Are existing customers looking to upgrade? Or do you have other products and services to offer? When a new activity is created, route to the right rep to guide and engage customers to other products and services you have to offer.

Node Edge Connector Experience

Efficiently build your graph to handle fallback cases in record time with our new Node Edge Connector Experience! You can now easily connect edges directly to the next appropriate node through the graph view, minimizing the need to search and select for nodes within the Advanced Settings dropdown menus. Two new icons can be leveraged to visually connect an edge to a node, or end a flow.
