February 2021 - 1.553 Release Notes Follow
Note on LeanData Version 1.553: Certain fields are being removed from the LeanData Managed Package in this release. Please see this service advisory to identify which fields will be removed, and whether that may impact your existing workflows and processes.
Routing
Routing Delay Alert
You can now notify specific users when any routing delays exceed one hour. These new alerts enable you to quickly identify when backlogs occur so that you can proactively address delays and adjust the related graphs. You can find this new feature in Admin > Settings.
Process more records through One-Time Routing
You can now initiate a One-Time Routing job with SOQL, which both eliminates the need to create a CSV and increases the number of records that can be processed with this method of routing. You were previously restricted to one-at-a-time CSV uploads that are limited to thousands of records. Now you can save significantly more time by avoiding CSV creation altogether and upload millions of records at a time with the SOQL method*. You can find the new SOQL method within Routing > One-Time Routing.
Prevent Duplicate Account Creation in One-Time Routing
LeanData will now prevent duplicate accounts from being created via One-Time Routing. Previously, when multiple related Leads without a matched Account were processed by One-Time Routing, LeanData would create a new Account for each lead. That would result in the same Account record being duplicated in Salesforce for each related lead. Now, One-Time Routing will only create the new account once, and match all related leads in the One-Time Routing job to that new account. When Leads that attempt to create an Account, Audit Logs errors will display an indicator for subsequent Account-creation attempts.
Users do not need to make any configuration changes to benefit from this new feature in One-Time Routing.
One-Time Tagging with a CSV
Tag leads far more easily by uploading a CSV file for One-time Tagging, rather than writing SOQL conditions. Find the new “CSV File” option within Matching > Advanced Settings > One-Time Tagging.
Remove Users from All Pools
Quickly adjust Round Robin pools that need to have multiple users removed. This saves you a significant amount of time when making regular updates to Round Robin pools due to users leaving the organization or switching roles.
You can remove multiple users from all the pools they’re in by accessing the Bulk Actions option within the People/Users page.
Pools Edit & Save Experience
Identify errors more easily when editing Round Robin Pools. Upon saving the pool, any errors will now be shown within a banner at the top of the page of the selected pool, within Routing > Round Robin > Pools.
Identify Tagged Account in the View
Your sales reps can now easily identify the best-matched Account from directly within the View with the help of a new “Tagged Account Indicator”. The indicator highlights the best-matched Account as determined by either LeanData Fuzzy Matching OR by the RevOps Admin. They can then convert Leads under the Tagged Account without searching for the Reporting Matched Account field.
As a RevOps Admin, you also save more time! You no longer need to clean up Contacts under an incorrect Account, and the Sales Reps no longer need to manually confirm the Tagged Account by searching for the “Reporting Matched Account” field and comparing Account IDs.
Insert Relative Dates prior to today for comparison
Improve your routing accuracy and make more timely decisions! You can now select a date prior to today’s date to insert and compare in match nodes, decision nodes, and update object nodes. You can use this new feature to check for rep activity on a record within the past 3 days, and use that insight to determine the most suitable rep for assigning a new record.
