The LeanData View is a Salesforce Visualforce Layout which gives an overview into Matched Accounts, Duplicate Leads, Duplicate Contacts, and Related Leads. This view is added to a new section on Lead,Contact, and Account records. If LeanData has been configured for your Organization but you are still not seeing the View it could be caused by:

  • The LeanData View Visualforce page is not installed in the Page Layout for the Lead, Contact, or Account Views.

  • The user’s Salesforce Profile doesn’t have the correct permission sets for Read access.

Please Note: A System Admin profile is typically needed to access the Salesforce configuration and Setup steps in this article.

To add the LeanData View Visualforce page to the Page Layout:

1. Log into Salesforce as a System Admin.
2. Open a Lead, Contact, or Account record.
3. Click Edit Layout in the upper right corner of the record.
