When creating a Routing Job within LeanData's Routing Scheduler, you may or may not want to respect User schedules when assigning records. This guide will provide guidance on how to navigate the "Respect Schedules" setting, which will override the User schedule settings within your FlowBuilder nodes.
Respect Schedules Setting
Based on your FlowBuilder nodes, LeanData may check Schedules for User availability before routing a record to them. If you are running a Routing Job outside of your User's working hours, and want records to be assigned without the User's set schedules, you can keep the Respect Schedules setting disabled.
If you do wish to respect the "Respect User Schedule" option that is configured within your FlowBuilder nodes, you can enable Respect Schedules.
Please Note: This setting will be disabled by default, along with the Merge Duplicates and Send Notifications.
