If you are expecting certain fields to be updated with values by the Tagging product but it does not appear to be working as intended, here are some troubleshooting steps to take.
What to check:
Mapped Account Fields: Please check your mapped Account Fields in LeanData to ensure that the field is selected as one of your Mapped Account Fields so that LeanData will update it accordingly.
Check Field Accessibility & Security: Please check to ensure that the LeanData integration user has permissions to edit the field(s) in question. If the LeanData integration user’s profile does not have access to the field, LeanData will be unable to update the value accordingly.
Check the Field Accessibility:
In Salesforce setup, search for fields and select the appropriate object. Then click on the field you would like to check for and you should then see the below buttons:
Please check to ensure that the LeanData integration user’s profile has write access to the field, otherwise we will not be able to update the value.
Check the Apex jobs to see if there are any failures or errors that are generating. If so, this could be causing LeanData to fail and you can contact LeanData support for further assistance.
