Why Did My Record Use the Invalid Round Robin Pool Edge in My Round Robin Node Follow
When a routed record hits the Round Robin Node, LeanData assigns the record to the next person in the selected Round Robin Pool. This node includes fallback edges to route the record if it cannot be assigned to a member of the Round Robin pool. The Invalid Round Robin Pool fallback edge is used if there is an issue with the selected Round Robin pool. Typically, this fallback edge is used because the pool selected on the node has been deleted.

The routed record can also follow this edge if the selected pool is for a different object type. When you create Round Robin Pools, you are asked to choose the Object Type of the pool. The Object Types are the types of routed objects:
- Lead
- Contact
- Account
- Opportunity
- Case

If you use a Round Robin pool created for another object type in your router flow, LeanData will send the record through the Invalid Round Robin Pool fallback edge.
